• All products are described in good faith and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
• Customized or made-to-measure products are not returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

4. Prices and Payments

• All prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT (where applicable).
• We accept secure payments via credit card, PayPal and other methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free. Delivery times vary from 7 to 13 working days. In some cases, times may be longer for reasons beyond our control (customs, holidays, courier delays).

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, except for customized products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@christmasthebully.com .

7. Returns and Refunds

• Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.
• The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for errors attributable to us.

8. Legal Guarantee

In accordance with Directive 1999/44/EC, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defective product, contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect damages, losses or delays due to force majeure, third parties or unforeseeable events.

These terms are governed by Italian law and European legislation. In the event of disputes, the competent court will be that of the consumer.
