Christmas The Bully® operates this online store and its related website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services available, in order to provide customers with a clear, safe and carefully curated shopping experience.

The website is built and supported by the Shopify platform, which allows us to manage the online store, product catalogue, checkout, payments, orders, shipping, customer communications and other functions necessary for the proper operation of the service.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of the website and the sale of products available on the Christmas The Bully® online store.

Before completing an order, the customer is invited to carefully read these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, the Returns and Withdrawals page and any specific information indicated on the product pages.

Brand identity and nature of the products

Christmas The Bully® is a brand dedicated to the design and sale of handcrafted dog accessories, with particular attention to American Bully dogs and dogs of similar breeds in terms of physical structure, strength, body shape and comfort needs.

Christmas The Bully® products are thoughtfully designed for dogs with a strong build, robust neck, broad chest and significant physical strength. Our goal is to offer solid, elegant and functional accessories designed to combine aesthetics, comfort, durability and brand identity.

Christmas The Bully® is not a dropshipping-based store. The products offered are not generic items randomly selected from external catalogues, but products conceived, designed, developed or selected according to the vision of the Christmas The Bully® brand.

Many products may be handcrafted, made to order, produced in small quantities, made to measure or customized, including in collaboration with selected workshops, artisans or suppliers.

Any slight variations in colour, finish, texture, leather grain, stitching, metal accessories or handcrafted details shall not be considered defects, but natural characteristics of the materials and artisanal workmanship.

Subject of the contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of products offered by Christmas The Bully®, including, by way of example, collars, leashes, harnesses, dog beds, dog accessories, handcrafted products, customized products, made-to-measure products and other items available on the website.

The sales contract between Christmas The Bully® and the customer is concluded when the order is confirmed by the system and the related order confirmation communication is sent to the customer.

Access to the website and customer account

The customer may browse the website, view products and, where available, create a customer account.

To place an order, the customer may be required to provide certain personal information, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address and data necessary for payment.

The customer declares that all information provided is correct, up to date and complete.

If the customer creates an account, they are responsible for the security of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

The website and products are not intended for direct purchase by minors. Any use of the website by minors must take place under the responsibility of a parent or guardian.

Products

We are committed to presenting products as clearly and accurately as possible, indicating descriptions, materials, measurements, colours, sizes, features, any customization options, production times and other information useful for purchase.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. The colours and appearance of products may vary slightly depending on the device used, the lighting of the photographs, the material batch, the availability of accessories or the handcrafted workmanship.

For products made of leather, hide, fabrics, padding or other natural or handcrafted materials, any small differences in texture, shade, grain, softness or finish are to be considered normal.

Christmas The Bully® reserves the right to modify product descriptions, features, colours, materials, accessories, availability or prices at any time, without such changes applying to orders already confirmed.

We also reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product, collection or variant.

Handcrafted, customized and made-to-measure products

Some Christmas The Bully® products may be made to order, made to measure or customized according to the instructions provided by the customer.

Customized or made-to-measure products include, by way of example, products made according to specific dog measurements, colours chosen by the customer, particular combinations of materials, engravings, names, personalized aesthetic details, requested modifications or other features defined at the customer’s request.

For these products, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, data and preferences provided at the time of the order.

Before completing the purchase, the customer is invited to carefully check the size, measurements, colour, model, any customizations and details entered.

Once production of a customized, made-to-measure or customer-requested product has started, it may not always be possible to modify or cancel the order.

Customized, made-to-measure or clearly customer-specific products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal within the limits provided by applicable law.

Dog measurements and customer responsibility

For some products, such as collars, harnesses, dog beds or accessories intended for dogs, it is essential to choose the correct size or provide precise measurements.

The customer is responsible for correctly measuring the dog and choosing the most suitable size, following the instructions on the product page, in the size guide or in the information provided by the store.

Christmas The Bully® may provide general guidance to help the customer choose the correct size, but cannot be held responsible for incorrect, incomplete or outdated measurements provided by the customer.

If the dog is growing, has a particular body shape, is very muscular, has a non-standard neck or chest, or falls between two sizes, the customer is invited to contact us before purchasing to receive support in choosing the correct size.

The correct fit of the product depends on the measurements provided, the dog’s physical structure, the adjustment of the product and correct use by the customer.

Correct use of products

Christmas The Bully® products are dog accessories and must be used exclusively for their intended purpose.

The customer is responsible for the correct use of the product, for periodically checking the condition of the accessory and for verifying its suitability in relation to the dog’s strength, behaviour, size and habits.

The customer is invited to regularly check stitching, buckles, rings, snap hooks, materials, padding and every component of the product, and to stop using it in the event of wear, damage, breakage, deformation or loss of safety.

No dog accessory should be used improperly, left with the dog unsupervised when not suitable for such use, used as a chew toy or used in conditions that may compromise the safety of the animal or third parties.

Christmas The Bully® is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, incorrect size choice, inaccurate measurements, insufficient maintenance, natural wear and tear, unpredictable dog behaviour or use not compliant with the intended purpose of the product.

Product availability

Product availability is indicated on the website and may vary depending on stock, handcrafted production, availability of materials, workshop times, seasonality and market demand.

If an ordered product is no longer available after order confirmation, Christmas The Bully® will inform the customer as soon as possible.

In such a situation, the customer may choose, where possible, between:

• waiting for restocking or production;
• replacement with an equivalent or alternative product;
• modification of the available colour, material or variant;
• refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product;
• partial shipment of the order, where possible and agreed with the customer.

Prices

All prices are indicated in Euro (€) and include VAT, where applicable.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the destination, the weight of the order and the available shipping conditions.

Any additional costs related to customizations, special workmanship, particular materials or specific requests will be indicated on the product page, during checkout or communicated to the customer before final confirmation of the order.

Christmas The Bully® reserves the right to change prices at any time. Any changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

The customer will pay the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

In the event of an obvious error in the price, description or availability of the product, Christmas The Bully® reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts already paid.

Payment methods

Payment for orders must be made using the methods available on the website at the time of checkout.

Payment methods may include, by way of example:

• credit or debit card;
• PayPal;
• Shopify Payments;
• Apple Pay or Google Pay, if available;
• other payment systems enabled on the website.

Payment data is not managed directly by Christmas The Bully®, but through secure and authorized payment providers.

Christmas The Bully® does not directly store complete payment card details.

Christmas The Bully® does not ship with cash on delivery, unless otherwise expressly indicated on the website.

Orders

When the customer places an order, they submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

The order is considered received when the customer completes the purchase process and receives the order confirmation by email, SMS or through another contact method provided during the purchase, where available.

Christmas The Bully® reserves the right to accept, refuse or cancel an order within the limits permitted by law, in particular in the event of:

• failure to pay;
• incomplete, incorrect or outdated data;
• suspected abuse, fraud or improper use of the website;
• sudden unavailability of products or materials;
• impossibility of producing the requested product;
• obvious error in the price, description or availability of the product;
• impossibility of delivering the order to the address provided.

In the event of cancellation of an already paid order, the customer will receive a refund of the amounts due through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

The customer declares that purchases made are intended for personal use and not for resale, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Christmas The Bully®.

Production times

Some products may be available for immediate delivery, while others may require production, preparation or customization times.

The production times indicated on the website, on the product page or communicated to the customer are average estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the product, the availability of materials, the workload of the workshop, the time of year or technical production requirements.

For handcrafted, customized or made-to-order products, any longer times do not automatically constitute non-performance, provided that the customer is reasonably informed in the event of significant delays.

Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made through professional couriers selected according to the destination, the weight of the order, the volume of the package and logistics needs.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and do not constitute an absolute guarantee, as they may vary depending on the destination, time of year, product availability, production times, order volume, holidays, weather conditions, strikes, customs delays where applicable, logistics issues or delays attributable to the courier.

After the package is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive, where available, a tracking code to follow the shipment.

For orders addressed to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the products remains with Christmas The Bully® until delivery to the customer or to a person designated by the customer.

In the event of a visibly damaged, opened, wet, crushed or tampered package, we invite the customer to accept the delivery with a specific inspection reservation, indicating the reason for the reservation to the courier.

After delivery, we recommend immediately checking the condition of the package and the products received.

Incorrect address, absence of the recipient and storage

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address and contact details provided at the time of the order.

If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete or outdated, or if the recipient is absent after the delivery attempts provided by the courier, any storage, redelivery, address change or return shipping costs may be applied.

Christmas The Bully® will nevertheless do everything possible to assist the customer and support the correct delivery of the order.

Order cancellation

An order cancellation request may be made until the order has not yet been prepared, customized, put into production or handed over to the courier.

Once a customized, made-to-measure or customer-requested product has been put into production, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation will no longer be possible, without prejudice to any applicable rights relating to withdrawal, return or legal guarantee.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the terms provided by applicable law.

The right of withdrawal, where applicable, may be exercised within 14 days from delivery of the product or, in the case of an order composed of several items delivered separately, from delivery of the last item of the order.

However, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for customized products, made-to-measure products or products clearly made according to the customer’s specifications, within the limits provided by applicable law.

For standard non-customized products, any return for withdrawal may be accepted only if the product is intact, unused by the dog, clean, free from hair, odours, scratches, bite marks, dirt, signs of wear or alterations, and complete with packaging, accessories and any labels.

EU electronic withdrawal function

From 19 June 2026, in accordance with applicable European legislation, consumer customers in the European Union may exercise the right of withdrawal, where provided by law, also through the dedicated electronic function available on our online store.

The electronic withdrawal function allows the customer to submit the request directly from the website, without the need to access a customer account, by providing the data necessary to identify the order and the contract.

After submitting the request, the customer will receive confirmation on a durable medium, for example by email.

Customers who placed the order using only a mobile phone number, without an email address, may access the order management area and the withdrawal function using the link received by SMS in the order confirmation, where available.

The use of the electronic function does not modify the exclusions and limitations provided by applicable law, in particular for customized products, made-to-measure products or products clearly made according to the customer’s specifications.

Damaged, defective or non-compliant products

If the customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, non-compliant or different from the one ordered, the customer is invited to contact Customer Service as soon as possible, following the instructions provided on the Returns and Withdrawals page.

To allow a proper check, the customer may be asked to provide the order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the internal and external packaging and a brief description of the issue found.

After verification, Christmas The Bully® may propose, depending on the case, a replacement, repair, full or partial refund, voucher or another appropriate solution.

In case of visible damage during transport or obvious issues at the time of delivery, we recommend sending the communication within 48 hours from delivery, so that we can carry out the necessary checks and, where appropriate, open a report with the courier.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to products sold by Christmas The Bully® within the limits provided by current legislation.

The guarantee covers defects already existing at the time of delivery and does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect size choice, inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, normal wear and tear, scratches, bite marks, breakages caused by the dog, insufficient maintenance, incorrect washing, modifications made by the customer or use not compliant with the intended purpose of the product.

For handcrafted products, any small aesthetic variations, natural differences in materials or characteristics typical of manual workmanship do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Intellectual property

All content on the website, including trademarks, trade name, logo, texts, images, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions, designs, collections, concepts, product names, layouts and creative materials, is the property of Christmas The Bully® or the respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The name Christmas The Bully®, the logo and the designs associated with the brand may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, used for commercial purposes or exploited without written authorization.

It is forbidden to copy, imitate, reproduce or use photographs, descriptions, collection names, graphics, designs, product concepts or other website content without written authorization from Christmas The Bully®.

The use of the website does not grant the customer any rights over trademarks, content, designs or materials owned by Christmas The Bully®.

• normal wear and tear of the products;
• scratches, bite marks, tears, breakages or damage caused by the dog;
• lack of supervision of the dog while using the product;
• incorrect maintenance, cleaning or storage of the product;
• delays or disruptions attributable to the courier;
• non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the customer;
• absence of the recipient or failure to collect the package;
• storage, redelivery, address change or return costs caused by incorrect data or failure to receive the goods;
• temporary interruptions of the website due to maintenance, technical updates or causes not directly dependent on Christmas The Bully®;
• force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent or delay the execution of the order.

It is understood that this limitation does not exclude or limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
