Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy is applied by Christmas The Bully® in accordance with the applicable laws in Italy and the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate their decision by email to: info@christmasthebully.store, indicating the order number.

Conditions for Return

The product must be returned:

  • in the same condition in which it was received;
  • including the original packaging (if applicable);
  • not used beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Christmas The Bully® reserves the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use that go beyond a normal inspection.

Decorative plaques must not show damage caused by:

  • improper use or mishandling;
  • incorrect installation;
  • extreme environmental conditions not compatible with the normal use of the product;
  • impacts, falls, or tampering.

In such cases, the return or refund cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a product not compliant with the order.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Christmas The Bully® will issue a refund for the amount paid for the product using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, but may be withheld until the returned product has been received or until proof of shipment has been provided by the customer.

The refund does not include any damage caused by improper use or external factors not attributable to Christmas The Bully®.

Defective or Damaged Products at Delivery

If the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage.

In such cases, Christmas The Bully® will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Shipping Issues

Christmas The Bully® is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Limitation of Liability

Christmas The Bully® is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product or from extreme environmental conditions that are not compatible with the normal use of the product.

This policy does not affect the statutory rights of consumers under Italian and European law.
